Terra Vista Neighborhood in Chaska, Mn

The Terra Vista Neighborhood consists of 48 single-level homes, one of the seven neighborhoods that make up the Chevalle community.  Homeowner dues include basic irrigation and lawn mowing of Terra Vista lawn and common areas, and snow clearing of driveways and sidewalks.  Terra Vista dues do not include any additional outside maintenance of homes or yard (i.e. siding, painting, staining, window cleaning, gutters, gardens, etc.). Our website is open to registered and verified Terra Vista residents only, intended to be a source of information and a venue to communicate with fellow Terra Vista neighbors.    

Chevalle Master Association

• Chevalle is a lifecycle community made up of 7 neighborhoods.  These neighborhoods consist of a diverse range of home styles, serene surroundings and recreational amenities that appeal to everyone from young professionals, to growing families, to empty nesters and retirees.

• The homes occupy only 1/3 of Chevalle’s 300 acres.  The rest is permanently protected green-space, featuring prairie woods and wetlands.
